North Hill Bakery will be closed Saturday, July 4th & Sunday, July 5th in observance of the Fourth of July Holiday.

We will be taking orders for sour cherry, mixed berry and strawberry rhubarb pie. Place your order earlier to ensure you'll be serving one of our amazing fruit pies for the holiday.

The North Hill Bakery is offering unique brunch fare, popular pastries and good company for Sunday Brunch. Join Michelle and Jess for the best egg sandwiches on 15th Avenue East and beyond. Our menu features hearty breakfast sandwiches, energizing acai smoothies, seasonal quiche and more.

About North Hill Bakery

North Hill Bakery was established in 2000 by Margaret Rumpeltes and Tracey Peterson, both graduates from the South Seattle Community College Pastry Program. We are a small neighborhood bakery that produces a variety of baked goods that range from sandwich breads, croissants, special occasion cakes, cookies and quiche.

We are committed to making everything from scratch using fresh whole ingredients; we don’t use any mixes, nor do we use buckets of ready made fillings. Our type of baking is labor intensive and expensive, but we feel that it produces a superior product that is flavorful with no chemical undertones, and sweet, but not sugary.
